“As I come back to Chile from the cop15 at Kopenhague, I realize more than ever, the importance to honestly relate experiences in order to build solid confidences between the parties. As a matter of fact, this is the almost current part of it: I come to ask for something, then I give the reasons why. But there is still another element of growing interest in establishing the conditions for a fair dialogue: independently of the final issue of the specifically treated point, the different situations told, could allow improvements of the “details” and work processes, and of course, collaborate to rethink the form in which we relate with each other”.
